As a technology guide, productivity consultant, and speaker I’ve enjoyed over two decades of working with small businesses, solopreneurs, and tech-shy individuals to start where they are, use what they have, and do what they can to build sustainable businesses and technology best practices.
Leveraging my business experience from owning and operating several businesses (retail and online), I help my clients across multiple industries build a technology foundation of digital office tools (email, files, contacts, and calendars) that supports their creativity and productivity. In small group workshops or working individually, we co-create a balance of structure and flow that liberates my clients to focus on what they do best and not be buried by inefficient activities or systems anymore.
In my technology and productivity training programs and presentations, I teach strategies and the “Spiral Upward” method to build realistic expectations and sustainable confidence in client learning that fuels the daily practice of using their business systems.
The Spiral Upward method says we start where we are and continue to learn and build upon that foundation to progress upwards towards our goals. Especially when it comes to building and maintaining a business or learning a new skill, spiraling upward allows us to embrace the progressive learning process with greater efficiency.
It is my joy to guide my clients as they gain the technical skills to grow their business and realize their vision. Clients often experience operational and emotional shifts from feeling overwhelmed and bullied by their technology to feeling freedom and confidence about how to use their technology. My goal is to help clients become proficient and confident in harnessing technology’s power to do what they do best!
I currently live in Issaquah with my husband Gary, 4 Teenagers/young adults, 3 cats and a ferret. It's a grand yet crazy life.
