In the past, I have operated a large-volume real estate practice, closing up to ten transactions in a 30-day period as an individual agent. While this model was financially rewarding, I felt that something was lacking.
In September of 2016, I made the conscious decision to keep my real estate practice small, with my goal to work with no more than two active clients at a time on average. (An “active client” would be anyone who does not have a home under contract.)
This would allow me enough time to really connect with my clients and focus my time and attention on providing a higher level of service. The response from my clients has been fantastic. They love the additional attention and personalized assistance that I am able to give them, and our transactions are running smoothly and efficiently.
