Dr. Karen Lumb, DC, is passionate about helping people transform pain into progress, make life changes through conscious action, and awaken to the life they were meant to live. She has helped thousands of people both here in the US and internationally to improve their lives through the gentle healing techniques of Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) and Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI). Dr. Karen teaches monthly body/breathing workshops and is a sought-after speaker on achieving new levels of personal growth by de-stressing your life, calming your mind, and centering your body. She is the author of "Improved Language Development Following Network Spinal Analysis in Children Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder", published in the Journal of Pediatric, Maternal & Family Health. Dr. Karen lives in Redmond, is thrilled to be a new empty nester with her son Nick attending MSU, and loves exploring all the natural beauty in the PNW.
